Honda Prelude 5th Generation

The Honda Prelude is a sports car that was produced by the Japanese automaker Honda between 1978 and 2001. This two-door coupe was derived from the Accord and was produced successively in five generations.

Traditional competitors to the Honda Prelude included the Toyota Celica, Nissan Silvia and Mitsubishi Eclipse. Production of the Prelude was discontinued after the Honda Integra DC5 was introduced.

The Prelude name originally belonged to the Toyota car company, but Toyota kindly let Honda use it.

On November 7, 1996, the fifth generation was introduced with front-wheel drive and independent front suspension. The vehicle on display is in the extreme Predator trim and is widened over the standard version by almost 20 cm.
