introduction

Porsche 944 Strosek Turbo Nova is a sports car manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Porsche from 1982 until 1991. With a front-engine, rear-wheel drive mid-level model based on the 924 platform, Porsche 944 Strosek Turbo Nova was available in coupé or cabriolet body styles, with either naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines.

With over 163,000 cars produced, the 944 was the most successful sports car in Porsche’s history until the introductions of the Boxster and 997 Carrera.

However Porsche 944 Strosek Turbo Nova is a Strosek Ultra based on the 928 S4.  Later on the company Strosek Design GmbH & Co. KG was a German vehicle tuner based in Utting .

Tunning

At the beginning of the 21st century, Strosek was the tuner with the most extensive range of Porsche conversions in Europe which was founded in 1971 by Vittorio Strosek . Vittorio Strosek started his own business in 1971 after a year of freelance work with Luigi Colani and then he named his first company Studio Auto Mobil Design and was initially involved in development contracts for various well-known companies.

In 1982 he founded the company Strosek Auto Design and dedicated himself to the manufacturer Porsche. Later one of the first models was the Porsche 928 that was followed by the Strosek 944 Turbo and not least the 911 model as a “Flatnose” with projection headlights.

In 2006 Mr. Vittorio Strosek left the company and start working with his current company V-Tec Design GmbH based in Riederau / Ammersee as a freelance designer for companies such as Arden, ABT, Ruf, FAB Design
